In a quest to get one’s Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC), something that should be as accessible and simple as getting a recharge card for one’s phone, the average Nigerian has found this process tumultuous and strenuous on one's mind and body. With people reaching the centres at dawn and leaving at dusk without the attainment of their tool to vote, one asks if this is a case of mediocrity or if it there are malicious ulterior motives to disrupt the electoral process.
